We will be eligible for returns and 100% refund if the product delivered is damaged or the seal is open the very same day of delivery. (In case of internal defect or damage detected of the product you can return within 7 days of delivery) No questions asked. (Not applicable on engraved and customized products. / labour cost and shipping charges will be bear by customer)
Any defective product on delivery will need image verification. In case of defect or any damage, contact our customer care ([email protected]/[email protected]) with pictures of the same. Our executive will help and guide you with refunds.
It is mandatory for every customer to record the delivery of product in video (non edited video) in order to avoid any dispute while returning the product. In case of incorrect or changed product the customer will have to produce the video recorded within a quick span of time.
Refund will be done in the form of money back to the payment mode / account that was used at the time of transaction (Or you can purchase a GIFT VOUCHER against your order value. Valid till 365 days from the date of purchase.)
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 15- Day Replacement Guarantee: A) Any product that shows physical damage to the box or to the product B) Any product that has been washed C) Any product that is not in its original condition D) Any product that is returned without the original retail box and all other items included with the packaging and accessories of the product at the time of delivery.
